Hello there familia,  Sharing with you a recent project I did.  Inspired by Mixed Media Artist Christy Tomlinson.  Youtube link: http://youtu.be/w2kClk5ODQg.  I really enjoyed doing this project. 

This butterfly was done using a Crafters workshop Butterfly stencil, mixed with modeling paste and a mixture of acrylic paint to give it texture. 

This little birdie is from "It's the Little Things"  Fancy Pants Design.com  paper collection.



I used mod podge as the medium to adhere the tissue paper underneath, the little paper flower and the fence.  The background houses were made with a jumbo stamp roll from Stampin Up.  Some studio G cling stamp flowers and birdhouse.
